First assignment checklist

There were three posts on the class blog. These posts were there to instruct and orient you for the course. Here is a recap of those posts. Read and consider this carefully. It will help you navigate the course as well as begin structuring your course experience.

Did you create a blog?
Did you post a response to the question in the assignment?
Did your response consider the first day of class?
Did your response draw from and engage some of the articles available on electronic reserve?
Did you comment on the class blog and in that comment provide your name, your blog's name, and your blog's url?
Did you create a blog roll on your blog on which you included all your class mates' blogs?

Have you looked through the books available for the class?
Have you looked through some of the resources listed on the sidebar?
Have you thought about what you want to learn?
Have you thought about what you can teach?

And, expectations:
Do you think you did a good job on the first assignment? Why or why not?
Did you help your classmates? Notice: students are expected to comment on each others' blogs as well as post responses on their own. Have you engaged your peers? Have you responded to comments I made on your blogs?
